1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for deposits, withdrawals, and refunds on the NamoLudo platform. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

NamoLudo is a fantasy skill-based gaming platform where users play Ludo games with real money. All deposits are used for gameplay purposes.

2. Deposits - No Refunds

Once you deposit money into your NamoLudo wallet:

• Deposits cannot be reversed or charged back
• Deposits cannot be transferred to another user
• Deposits can only be used to play games on our platform
• Unutilized deposit balance remains in your wallet for future games

3. Winning Balance - Withdrawals

You can withdraw your winning balance (earnings from games) at any time, subject to the following:

Withdrawal Limits:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹100
• Maximum withdrawal: ₹10,000 per day
• Processing time: 24-48 business hours

Withdrawal Methods:

• UPI (Instant transfer)
• Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)

4. KYC Verification Required

To withdraw winnings, you must complete KYC verification by providing:

• Valid Government-issued ID (Aadhaar/PAN)
• Bank account details matching your registered name
• UPI ID (for instant withdrawals)
• Selfie with ID proof

5. Deposit Balance vs Winning Balance

Understanding your wallet:

• Deposit Balance: Money you have added. Can ONLY be used for gameplay. Cannot be withdrawn.
• Winning Balance: Earnings from games. CAN be withdrawn anytime after KYC.

When you win a game, your winnings (entry fee minus platform commission) are added to your winning balance.

6. Withdrawal Processing

Once you request a withdrawal:

1. Our team verifies your request (24-48 hours)
2. Upon approval, amount is initiated to your UPI/bank account
3. UPI transfers are typically instant
4. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank

7. Failed/Reversed Transactions

In case of failed transactions:

• Failed Deposits: Amount will be automatically credited to your wallet within 24 hours
• Failed Withdrawals: Amount will be credited back to your winning balance
• If amount is not credited within 48 hours, contact support with transaction ID

8. Account Termination Refunds

In case of account termination due to violation of terms:

• Deposit balance will be forfeited
• Winning balance may be withheld pending investigation
• No refund will be provided for any reason in case of policy violations

9. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank for deposits made to NamoLudo will result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent ban from the platform
• Forfeiture of all balances
• Legal action if necessary

10. Disputes

For any refund or withdrawal disputes:

• Contact our support team within 7 days of the issue
• Provide transaction IDs and relevant details
• Our team will investigate and respond within 48 hours
• Decision of NamoLudo support team is final and binding
