Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to NamoLudo ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing and using the NamoLudo platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

NamoLudo is a fantasy skill-based online gaming platform where users can play Ludo and compete for real cash prizes. The Platform is operated in compliance with Indian laws regarding skill-based gaming.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following criteria to use our Platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • You must be a resident of India
  • You must have a valid Indian mobile number
  • You must have a valid UPI-enabled bank account for withdrawals
  • You must not be prohibited from using our services by applicable law

3. Account Registration

To use our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not share your account with anyone else
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Fair Play Policy

We are committed to fair play. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to play
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
  • Using exploits, glitches, or hacks to gain unfair advantage
  • Engaging in any form of cheating or fraud

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of winnings.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ₹50
  • Maximum deposit amount: ₹10,000 per transaction
  • All deposits are final and non-refundable

Withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹100
  • Maximum withdrawal amount: ₹10,000 per day
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours
  • You must complete KYC verification before making withdrawals
  • Only winning balance can be withdrawn; deposit balance can only be used for gameplay

6. Game Rules

All games on NamoLudo follow standard Ludo rules with the following specifics:

  • Players take turns rolling dice in clockwise direction
  • A player needs 6 to move a token out of the base
  • Capturing an opponent's token sends them back to base
  • First player to get all tokens to the finish wins
  • Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of match completion

8. Disputes and Resolution

In case of any dispute:

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of the issue
  • Provide match ID and clear description of the problem
  • Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
  • Decision of the support team shall be final and binding

9. Limitation of Liability

NamoLudo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For suspected fraudulent activity
  • At our sole discretion without prior notice
  • Upon termination, all winnings may be forfeited

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
